Obtain all of the medals.
On your awards page there is a tab for your medals that details the requirements for each one. Once you earn all of the medals this trophy will unlock. This trophy is also probably the last one you’ll obtain as it takes quite a while to meet all of the requirements. Each medal has a global requirement (done over time) and IAR requirements (objectives to be completed in one round or “In-a-round”).
