Select a mission where combat is not required, such as gathering supplies. You can bring just one member if wanted; ensure you only bring those with full or nearly-full health. I had one where only 2 crates had to be looted, but any mission where combat is not required could be used.
If you are having problems avoiding combat, you can utilize the Flare item from your backpack to reveal the map if needed - this will help to avoid encounters. Use the Camouflage item if you encounter an area being monitored; this will let you sneak past. Between these items, you should be able to avoid all combat and complete the mission. Before completing the mission parameters, use a Bandage if anyone is at all wounded, though this should be avoidable.
