This achievement is ridiculously easy to get. Once inside a mission, hold the B button to retreat. Be forewarned. Do not do this while making a run for a 63 day completion or especially the 63 day completion with four districts. The moment you retreat, the game saves, and you will accrue all the penalties associated with losing a mission. Dashboarding will not prevent the outcome.
