This is how I created the Flesh Prince:
This achievement is done in the Genetic Research Lab on the Research Level. Go there and use the computer in front of the glass case with the clone inside. Use Nerd Stuff (it required 8 Nerd Stuff for my level 21-24 Rangers) to get the Vial of Advanced DNA. Then go down to the south end of the room and use the computer in there. Use the Nerd Stuff option again and unlock the hidden lab which can be found along the eastern wall. Inside of the secret room use the computer in there, select the options menu, open the biomass hopper, and then select the "See What Happens" option. When the Flesh Prince hops out of the cloner, the achievement should pop.
