They are many different ways to kill him but one that can be done quickly is to join Castle Amana and do jobs for them until you get paid 400 for your jobs. Go up to the main castle and you will you come to a guy that is standing in front of a door, speak to him and he will let you see Shuzen. How you kill him is up to you but keep in mind that he has weapons that you can only get from him (That's if you're mastering all the stances). Also whenever you kill Shuzen, the game ends so pick up those weapons FAST because a scene comes on in 2 seconds after his death.
