Easiest way to get one is to open up Instant Kill difficulty and start a game. Make sure you have a broken blade in your inventory before launching, if you don't have a broken blade you cannot get this achievement.
Choose the first option "I've been better" after the opening.
After talking with the Farmer run down the hill and find the two thugs harassing one of the locals. with your broken blade equipped and set to blunt, draw and strike the first thug. If you get the drop on him by not waiting to listen to him talk you will score a Nasa-Ke and the achievement.

Grummy
This is pretty straight forward, however it can be difficult to actually get your weapon broken. The best method is to wait until you do the achievement to break someone else weapon, then once you kill them, pick their weapon up then use it. Zero Durability weapons are extremely weak, and on Blunt Mode are even weaker. To make these achievements easier, when you get a broken weapon, save your game and start a new one on Instant Kill difficulty. You will carry your broken weapon over to this playthrough and it will still grant you Instant Kills.
