This trophy is "Sensei's Destiny"
You need to recruit Sensei for your Dojo, to do so first you must own the Dojo.
Go to the Town and it will be here your first time visiting the dojo you will get it for free while all subsequent playthroughs will require you to buy it for 3000 Mon.
Upon owning the Dojo go to the Road and enter the large circular clearing you should find Sensei standing over a dead body. Tell her "are you alright?" then What are going to do now?" and finally "there's work at the clothing store".

You will now need to question whether or not she is ok with her current job then suggest a new one every time she complains about her current position. She will relocate to job after job until she finally ends up in your Dojo. The job locations are : Main Plaza's Clothing Store, Harbor's Sushi Shop, Town's Gambling den (only open at night), and finally Town's Language School.
Congrats she will now kill all opposition over your Dojo rule.
