West of Dead

I got this on the second level titled "The Hunt". Somewhere in the level the character will mention they smell something terrible nearby. That will tell you one of the next rooms contains a boss-like fight. This fight is a lot easier if you stand near the boss at the start as their attacks will be flagged with an easy circle to dodge. When you defeat the boss they drop the rune.
