In the Third Round (the third regular round with spins, not including the Toss Up rounds) the Express wedge will appear on the wheel. After landing on it, you must select a consonant that appears on the board. After getting a consonant on the board, you're asked if you want to accept the Express. Once accepting, you must give a consonant or buy a vowel non-stop (no more spinning) until you solve the puzzle. If you miss a letter, the Express is over and you go bankrupt. You can solve at any time. After solving the puzzle, the achievement will unlock.

I can confirm that even if only one letter is left after you begin Express, the achievement will still unlock. Unfortunately if the Express wedge is landed on and there are no more letters left to give after giving a successful letter, you cannot accept Express Mode.

Play this on Local Mode, Classic Mode. Using three controllers is your best bet so the computer doesn't interfere. This event happens on the third round. Use your profile that's going for the achievement to get the consonants and buy vowels. If you land on Free Play, use it on vowels. Spin until you land on the express wedge. If you land on lose a turn or bankrupt, press Y to solve the puzzle on the other two controllers but instead of solving, press Y to pass. With the person getting the achievement, get as many letters on the board as possible if you haven't landed on express. If you get down to the last two consonants and haven't landed on express, don't guess the last two letters needed. Instead, when you land on something other than the express, let the time expire by not guessing a letter. This will cause you to lose your turn and it will pass to the other two. Again, press Y to solve and Y again to pass with those two other characters. Keep doing this until you land on express with the main character. Once you land on it, guess the right letter. Like the above solution stated, you need to have at least two guesses left by the time you land on express so after your first guess after landing on express, the express mode will be activated. Guess your last letter and the achievement will unlock OR, if you land on express with numerous letters left, as long as you don't miss a letter or solve wrong, you'll be fine. In my case, I knew what the puzzle was and I had maybe 4-5 letter guesses left so after I guessed my letter to activate the express mode, I guessed one letter and solved immediately and the achievement unlocked.
