Darcy unlocks at player level 7. So you need to get there first.
Once unlocked, some good news you only have to play 5. Not win 5. Better news disconnects count so,

For the helper/mate/random booster/2nd xbox at the menu.
Play - custom game - visibility:private - game mode: classic, AI difficulty:easy - create game
Select investigator- Iker - summer night - basic flashlight ( doubt it matters)
Press X to invite your conscript/friend/internet associate
Xbox invite system, player going for achievement accepts. Should load you into the lobby asking you to choose a side, investigator - automatic or creature. Select creature - Darcy - banshee - blister
Helper/mate/random booster now selects start game. Countdown time.
Once both players are loaded in, feel free to move about a bit if you wish, host then presses start- exit- A to confirm.
Other player screen will eventually freeze and issue a disconnected warning.
Tracker will show 20% increase. Repeat as needed.
