When you pick up a clue it will make a creature flee from you if it is close enough to the clue when you collect it. I’m not exactly sure what that distance is, but for the sake of this solution let’s say 10m or less. Achievement will pop if creature is forced to flee.

Shouldn’t need to grind for this, but to boost it: Find a clue and wait for the creature to arrive, pick up the clue while the creature is close.
