This trophy is story-related. It cannot be missed.

Dragna Sieg is the final battle of the third chapter of the game. It is fought at the end of the Deus Ex Machina dungeon and you fight it on board the Lombardia. Because the battle against Dragna Sieg is a Lombardia battle, you can easily make quick work of it. On the first turn, have your character with the highest RFX stat (most likely Jet) use Mighty Might, then the next character with the highest RFX (most likely Virginia) use Draconic Gun Blaster while your other two characters should use Missile Might. Dragna Sieg should go down within one turn, but if it survives, have everyone use Missile Might in the second turn and it should be defeated.

After defeating Dragna Sieg, the third chapter will end and you will obtain this trophy.
