Pretty easy to get on the City levels.
Find any stone door with switches on either side. Carry a bush over and put it on top of a switch. Wait for someone to walk near the other side, and whistle at them.
When they walk through to investigate, hit the switch and crush them.
You can also clear out the entire level like this if you're not worried about the "no kill" bonus
