Easiest place to do this is on forest 5 as you start next to a group of chickens. Either get to the checkpoint, or the campfire on the top level.
Throw the chicken in front of a guard, then grab a fire source and wait till the guard is facing the chicken and close, set the chicken on fire and as soon as the guard starts panicking, this should unlock.
