This used to be the optional objective on this level, but was switched as part of a patch to become the main objective, so simply completing Mountains 5 will unlock this achievement.

Any recent update on this? I've completed the level (all 5 on the pedestal, statue points up, walk up the bridge they make) twice, but no pop. I also got the 'optional' objective each time.

Update: I don't know whether this is what made the difference, but
1. I didn't flick the low/medium/high switch until after this popped, and
2. I removed the chalice that starts on the pedestal (so it was completely empty) before putting all five on.
The achievement popped a couple of seconds after placing the fifth chalice.
