This will require you to get part way through New Game+ to achieve. There is one statue that you can get an ability point from per level, meaning 25 points per playthrough. You need around 15 points in an ability type to unlock the final ability for purchase, meaning you need to get near the end of your 2nd playthrough to put a point in each ability.
