Windbound

At the end of each chapter there is a section where you sail your boat down a long series of corridors. In my experience, the wind was always at my back, and combined with the large waves created naturally I was able to unlock this at the end of chapter 3. I had a 2 deck boat with a wooden mast. Just make sure your mast is fully extended and loose and you should have no problem with getting this.
