Short track - Quickly press 
and 
alternatively, you need to get the bar full up.
Biathlon - Press when the bar is full up.
Bobsled - Quickly press and alternatively, you need to get the bar full up. Then press 
four times, each when the marker is at the top of the bar, just under the bobsled.
