You have to obtain a gold medal for every cell in the original Wipeout HD Race Campaingn, it means 87 gold medal, but you can choose the difficulty. I do it on novice and trophy pop-up.

There's 86 racing events in total. You have to get a gold medal on all of them on any difficulty to unlock this trophy. It's not hard to get this on novice as the A.I is easy to beat, this stacks and will also unlock if you completed them all on Elite.
