This trophy is easy, you just need to get eliminated on Novice difficulty, either in the the campaign or Racebox. As you should be playing through the campaign on Elite, just get this trophy during the time you do Racebox.
Set up a game on "Anulpha Pass" and remember to put the difficulty on Novice. It doesn't matter what speed class you choose but let's say Venom because it's easy to navigate and you won't bump into walls. Now you will want to go through every mine and bomb possible that the A.I drop and also hopefully get hit by their other weapons, do some barrel rolls to and get your health down.
