In Wolfenstein 3D, secrets are hidden behind movable walls. Just run up to one and press to make it move!

The secret you will come to first is in level one of Episode One. You'll come to room early on that has wooden walls. On the left side of the room, there is a little alcove with a Nazi standing there. Press against the back wall of the alcove and you'll discover the secret.

You need to find one secret door on any floor. The easiest way is to combine it with the achievement of finding all 100% treasures on the level. Easily done in the first act on the first floor (just press A at each wall and if it is secret it will open and you will immediately take the machine gun there).
