How to unlock the Mercenary Mastery achievement in World of Tanks Modern Armor - Definitive Guide

Achievement description is misleading. It actually unlocks for any Mastery badge, class 3 - Ace. (Credit to Kelle1994)

To earn a mastery badge you need to play a battle and score better than a certain percentage of all games played in that tank. It is calculated by base EXP.

Class III- better than 50%
Class II- better than 80%
Class I- better than 95%
Ace- better than 99%

To unlock this achievement you need to earn one of those medals in one of the mercenary nation tanks. These tanks can only be bought or earned through missions that take a while to complete.

This cheevo is misleading with class 1 they mean the first class.
So the Bronze Medal with 3.

Or maybe it was glitched. I also thought you need class 1 or Ace.
All i can say it unlocked during result screen, where i got a class 3 badge

I got a Thresher and I am horrible with light tanks. So for my very first match I was hoping for class 3 at best if I was lucky. I ended up with an Ace. Go figure. Thanks for the guide.
