For this you just need to complete a match with 3 different pieces of equipment.
The cheapest way to do this is to do this on any tank at Tier 1 except for the T22 Proto since you can't put equipment on that tank.
You can use
Camouflage Net 50,000 Silver
Binocular Telescopes 250,000 Silver
Toolbox 250,000 Silver
When you spawn into the game the achievement will unlock straight away.
Then just complete a game. You can then just sell the equipment when you're done to get your silver back.
You could use complex equipment such as Improved Ventilation Class 1 and Small Spall Liner along with a Camouflage Net but that requires 20 gold which in turn requires real money.
First 1st method is a better option in my opinion since you can get all of your silver back without having to use gold.

just played a game with 3 types of equipment and no achieve...its still the same just now...a very easy achieve when it becomes available ..i put 3 sets of equipment on an arty tank that didnt cost as much as you stated ..it was much much less... ill look at what i put and get back to you

a thumbs up from me ..i put on 3 equipment for less than 100,000 but you would lose that cash if you wanted to sell your tank...for people not caring about getting there cash back you could add that into your guide..good work :))
