How to unlock the Golden Boy achievement in World Snooker Championship Real 2011 - Definitive Guide
This is a really easy achievement, but can be very time consuming.
You will have to play 7 games of snooker, then 3 games of 9 Ball, then 3 games of 8 Ball.
To save A LOT of time, I like to go 1-0 up in snooker first, and then concede the next six frames of snooker, then win all six of the pool frames to win 7-6 overall. However, if you are not as confident as I in your pool play, I suggest going 2-0 up in snooker, the conceding the following 5 frames, so you are 5-2 down after snooker, and then this gives you a frame of pool in hand, so you can afford to lose a maximum of one frame of pool, providing you win the other 5.
I found this saves a lot of time, rather than playing 7 frames of snooker, (effectively a whole final of 25% match length snooker)

It's also worth pointing out that you do not unlock the the Golden Cue events until you have completed a season in snooker and the won the 8 ball season. (you may not need to win the 8 ball season but I did so not sure if it is required or not)

But you need to at least complete the 8 ball season but it is pretty easy to win it to be honest...

The Golden Cue Championship is locked when you first start the game. The only way of accessing the competition is by successfully winning the 8-Ball Championship. Once you have done so, the Golden Cue Championship becomes playable. There are 4 rounds of the Golden Cue Championship; you have to win all four to win the competition. Each of the four rounds has 13 frames, differentiating from snooker (7), 8 ball (3) and 9 ball (3).
