go to the single player -> championship -> 13 Rallyes and push X for official calendar. then you only have to win the several ralleys to get the most points and the achievment pops at the end of the championship. my highest total points was nearly 400 so it isnt that hard if you play on the lowest difficulty to get first rank in race.

For those going for this achievement, you can set it to 2 stages per Rally. You'll have 325 points at the end and also pop 'Globetrotter' once you finish the first rally in the U.K. Set the Opponent Levels in the Game Options to 0% and you will have this done in around two hours.

skipping some rallies is ok
as long as you are first after 13 rallies : bleep blop
