This can easily be gotten by going for
The The Last Goal achievement in WRC: FIA World Rally Championship worth 280 pointsComplete all the objectives and win all the events in the "The Road to the WRC".
This unlocked for me at the end of the first event in Level 6.
The achievement unlocks once the race has finished and the menus are loading.
You can see your progress by accessing the Statistics menu (located in the main menu) - Statistics - Raced distance. Depending on which mileage format you have chosen (kmh or mph) the stats will show the correct one.
