Select "Backstage Brawl" from the list of match types on the main menu and simply destroy your opponent until they announce he or she is knocked out backstage. This is the only way you can win this match. This can be unlocked on any difficulty setting.

This seems to require you to open a door on the left side of the hall (press LB) and perform an OMG move on the opponent against the desk in the room. The match instantly ends after you do this.

You can win this in falls count anywhere and last man standing go up the entrance ramp to the entrance and it will say backstage hit LB and you'll go backstage where you can finish it

Pick a Falls Count Anywhere match with any superstars. Immediately head up the ramp and to the place where you entered from. When your opponent gets close enough, you’ll get a prompt to move backstage. From here just stay backstage and finish the match, win or lose.
