BROCK LESNAR vs RUSEV. I found RUSEV does grapples more often than other superstars I tried. The reversals will count towards:

Start the match and beat RUSEV up for a bit. There are three types of reversal. Standard
, minor which is in a green circle and major which is in an orange circle.
The reversals we need are the major orange ones. These are usually all grapple reversals so you have to wait on the A.I. to use a grapple. Some are harder to reverse than others so you have to be patient. Hit as soon as you see the orange reversal, sometimes I hit just after the green reversal disappeared and this worked and counted as a major reversal. I was able to reverse 3 out of the 6 grapples in my match to get the achievement.
The only other advice I can offer is that if you are having trouble with the reversals, play the game a bit more, go for other achievements to get better at your timing.

I noticed AJ Styles used more grapple moves than Rusev did, plus there's a (slim) chance of pulling a major reversal when he does the Styles Clash. Another option would be Cesaro, as he uses qualifying moves about as often as Rusev, but I found Styles the most frequent user of moves with a chance of a major reversal. Great solution though, I just wanted to mention a couple other options if Rusev isn't cooperating.

Worked great against AJ! Might be worth adding you need 2 bars on your reversal meter to perform a major reversal! Once i knew this it became much easier!

See This Match Won’t End for more details on major reversals. You have to do it three times in one match for this. Doing this in the Royal Rumble is probably your best bet, as you get a stream of opponents entering who are more likely to do moves that allow major reversals compared to one beaten up opponent.
