You can also use a created venue that uses an outside arena for this if you don't want to spend the VC for WM31.

The only arena that you can get this on is WrestleMania 31, or a custom arena with arena size 2 or 5. Choose it in the 
menu on the superstar select screen, making sure to choose night. Now just win the match.
