A Handicap match is where the odds are changed as its a 2v1 battle. For this trophy you will need to be the one versus the two. I suggest you use Rey Mysterio and are against Andre the Giant and the Big Show as if you win you will also earn Booyaka Booyaka. If you have another controller this will be easier as it will make it a 1v1 but if you don't just keep hitting the enemy and dodging his moves. Also to knock out Andre the Giant and the Big Show, you have to get there health bar to be blinking red and then use your finisher on them.
