This trophy can be easily done with another controller by having 2nd player to get you till your health bar is blinking red then have the 1st player to knock out the 2nd player. Though if your doing this against a computer, then I suggest you get your opponent's health bar to blinking red then have him get your health bar to blinking red. Then once it is use your finisher on him before he uses it on you.
