You will earn this if your aiming for the Platinum. Finishers are special grabs which can be used after you have attacked the opponent and one of the three small bars (these bars are shown below your character's portrait) are filled. Then once they are filled grab the opponent by clicking + together. After you have done this 50 times you will earn the trophy. Though I wouldn't worry about this trophy as you should be able to get all 50 when you getting all the other trophies. Credit to ctz_mikey for this info.
