If you do not get this after you get all your other achievements or just want to get it a lot easier you can adjust the sliders to make reversaling easier.

Go to Options -> Gameplay Options -> Gameplay Balance Options -> Game Balancing

From there you can adjust all revesals to easy making it really easy to do just use a character with high technical stat and fight either Batista or Rey Mysterio and just keep hitting RT it should unlock in no time.

To get this achievement I would recommend that you set sliders on the reversing options to EASY and then select a high technical wrestler (I chose Rey Mysterio). Set up a singles match against the computer and justwait for your opponent to take a swing at you. When they do you will see an icon appear above you (RT). As soon as you see this hit RT and you will reverse the move. You now need to do this a total of 100 times. You do not need to do this in a single match as the counter continues with new matches.

To get this achievement you should start by going to options > gameplay options > game balancing and them adjust the sliders to make reversing alot easier. you should pick a technical wrestler such as Rey Mysterio or Shawn Michaels ( I used Shawn Michaels) but it is probably easier to play as Rey Mysterio. It may also help if you raise the difficulty a little, this helps because it makes the computer attack you faster so you dont have to stand around waiting to be attacked for too long. This achievement does NOT have to be done in one Match so you can take your time.
