WWE SmackDown vs. RAW 2011

you get this achievement for cashing in a money in the bank contract but i will give you some warning you have to be put into the money in the bank match by the computer if you enter yourself and win it you wont be able to cash it in

what i did to make it easier for me to be in the match is had 10 caws on the roster for raw and everyone else on smackdown and they were guarenteed to be picked for the match then cashed it in at wrestlemania after the money in the bank match

I have confirmed that it is possible to get this cheeve by inserting your CAW into the Money in the Bank match. Although when selecting the title match it gives it to the wrestler who was originally slotted into the match, it still counts it as your CAW for the purpose of the achievement. You don't actually have to be selected to be part of the MitB match, but I don't know if you can claim it after Wrestlemania, but it DOES work if cashing it in at Wrestlemania.

The way I did this was that I simulated all the matches until it came to Wrestlemania. Then, whichever superstars were in the Money In The Bank match, I moved them to Free Agents using "My WWE". Every time you move them to Free Agent it replaces them with a wrestler from the Raw or Smackdown rosters. I just did this until my CAW was added to the match card. I then won the match (not particularly hard with the settings turned to easy and the AI sliders lowered).

After this, I then cashed in the MITB by pressing A on one of the title matches later on in the Wrestlemania card. It asks if you want to cash in your MITB, and you just select "yes" and win the match. When you get back to the list of matches, the achievement will pop.

SIDE NOTE: If your CAW is already involved in a match in Wrestlemania, I don't know if it will add you to the MITB match. Mine wasn't involved in a match so it added him to the match after sending about 5 superstars to Free Agents. I have seen match cards that have wrestlers in more than one match, so I don't see why it wouldn't, but it's something to bear in mind.

I created 7 CAW's all for raw I made them as tall as i can. I then set there stats as far to the right as i could. I moved all raw superstars to smackdown besides chavo and Santino. I then simulated to Wrestle Mania. First match is the MITB match i simed it till my Caw won. I then simed all matches in that ppv and it asked if i wanted to move to next event. accept and back out jump to next ppv and select a title match. Once you click on it, it should ask if u want to cash in your MITB select yes and win the match. Achievement unlocks once you get back to the match lineups after it saves.

Followed the already great advice here to get this and 'Mr. Money in the Bank', but i'll just clear some things up for people. Though it is only from my experience, it should help:

1) If you replace a superstar with your CAS at WrestleMania and win, its still possible to get both achievements.
2) Even if your CAS is WWE/World Heavyweight Champion, you can still take part in the MITB match, AND cash it in. (My CAS was WWE champion, United States Champion, Tag Team Champion, Hardcore Champion, and it didn't matter). However, if your CAS is scheduled for a match, you won't get an automatic place in the MITB match.
3) Its completely unnecessary to add superstars to 'Free Agents' to try and get your CAS an automatic place in the MITB match.
4) The superstar your CAS replaces should be one that is good, i.e. not Zack Ryder. This will be the superstar you'll control to cash it in.
5) Make sure you don't sim any other matches at WrestleMania before you do the MITB match, or you'll have to sim the entire year and - to my knowledge - do the MITB match again. I'm sure most people probably aren't that stupid, but thats what i ended up doing :L.

Not sure if i found a glitch, but I got this cheevo without even winning after cashing in. I replaced Jimmy 'Superfly' Snuka with my CAS at WrestleMania, and i'm not sure if thats got any relevance, seeing as i put him into the RAW roster (whereas before, he was in the Legends roster).
After you've won the MITB match however, select a title match - even if its the match that your CAS is scheduled to be in - and select 'Yes' when it asks you if you want to take on the champ immediately. After a cutscene with Snuka handing over the briefcase, i ran outside the ring, got a chair, and got DQ'd (thinking that i wouldn't get the cheevo, i lost interest in the match :L). Once i was back at the match selection screen, and it saved, the cheevo popped.

So, i guess that the exact way that I did this goes like this:
1) Unlock a Legend (Jake 'The Snake', Snuka are unlocked in the vs. Undertaker RtW)
2) Add Legends to SmackDown or RAW rosters.
3) Sim WWE Universe until WrestleMania
4) Win the MITB match with a CAS (see my 'Mr. Money in the Bank' solution) that replaces a Legend. Contradictory to what i've already said, add superstars that are supposed to take part in the MITB match to 'Free Agents' if a Legend isn't already in the MITB match.
5) Cash it in during the same WrestleMania, and get DQ'd

Would love to know if this works for anyone else, and if it only works with Legends. I imagine that it probably doesn't matter who your CAS replaces, since that superstar will be the one you'll control anyway. And I don't think it matters who the champ is either (i got DQ'd against Randy Orton). But hopefully that essay i've just written helps getting this cheevo, without doing it the hard way of playing the game until you're in the MITB match. Who wants to do that anyway? :L.

A guy on youtube made a complete video-guide. I used it and it shows and explains it all.

I would also point out, that you can simulate almost a whole year in the schedule part, instead of having to simulate every single match.

i found this achievement very buggy! i attempted pretty much all of the solutions posted here and nothing worked for me (following the solutions to a tee that is)

the way i got this was add around 6 CAW's to either brand, skip to wrestlemania and when there is a title match enter it (a pop should appear asking you to cash in a superstars money in the bank shot) decline this and replace both participants with CAW's and simulate. the achievement popped for me straight away!

please comment on this as i want to know if it worked for anyone else doing it my way!

On this achievement all you have to do is simulate all matches to wrestlemania then put your created superstar in the money in the bank after you win with your created superstar go to a championship match then press a it will say would you like to cash in money in the bank click yes

To unlock the achievement "A Successful Cash In", Win the money in the bank match at Wrestlemania. Simulate all matches until Wrestlemania and once you have done that, when the MITB match comes up, replace one of the contenders with your CAW and win. The easiest way to win is to either play the match or simulate it until you win. If you lose, just simulate to next year's Wrestlemania and replace another contender again in the MITB match.

After you win the match by simulating or by playing you won't get the briefcase since you replaced one of the contenders. The contender you replaced will get the briefcase but that doesn't matter, all you need to do after that is go to the next title match and it will ask you if you want to cash in the money and the bank, hit yes and play the match till you win with whatever superstar it says to cash it in with. When you cash in the money in the bank as another superstar before the match, you will still unlock the achievement for using the briefcase and winning after the match so it's a win win situation. I don't know if this is a bug or not but I'd say it confuses the game into thinking that you have cashed in the money in the bank as a CAW and also won even though it was the superstar who you replaced earlier on in the MITB match. This method saves time and is faster then any other on here.
