Start an exhibition match on casual difficulty -> backstage brawl -> locker room A.
You can wear down your opponent easily by irish-whipping them into the TV console at the top middle part of the room. Do this 5 times in succession and hit your finisher move. Now you can pick your opponent up and hold X to finish him with a strong strike and get the achievement.

the easiest way to do this acheivement is during a backstage fight. While you are in backstage, push three times a wrestler to start a fight against him. Then, use only strong strike (maintain X) until the fight is over.

And I want to add any wrestler can do this. I did it with Jericho in the storyline mode.

This trophy can only be achieved in a match where KO is switched on so a Backstage Brawl will do the job well. It will be much quicker if you use someone strong like Big Show and face a much weaker opponent such as Primo or Santino Marella. Beat down on your opponent until they have virtually no energy remaining and then finish them off with a strong strike. You will win the match by KO and the trophy will pop. Instead of just tapping 
to execute a strong strike, you need to hold it down.
