Choose Play -> One on One -> Normal Match
Pick a superstar with a good overall rating like John Cena for yourself and let the AI have a low rated superstar like Chavo Guerrero.
When the match starts rough him up a bit with
and start doing some grapples with 
(any direction) to smack him to the floor. Press 
to pin him. If he manages to get up again, do some more punching and grapple him again. You should get this in no time.

I dont know the name of this achievement in english but it is very simple. You have to win a match with a regular pin. One, two, three, unlocked!
