How to unlock the Counter impossible achievement in X-Blades - Definitive Guide

You need a 150x combo to get an impossible counter.

An easy place to do so is "The fork in the road".

Stay near the guy shooting fireballs (so he can't stop your combo from a distance) and just spam your X button.
Just be sure to slash ennemies behind you as well (turn around every 3-4 hits).

I got over 200 hits that way.

I got this on the Giant Galapagos boss

Run to the exit (which is blocked for now). Here the bosses fireballs will hit the ledge in front of you. The enemies will come at an infinite and steady rate for you to thrash x fast enough to keep them at bay.

I got at least 300 doing it this way, hopefully you can do the same. Good luck

*EDIT* OliverSudden01 has brought to light an instance where the spawn rate was not sufficient to maintain the combo without moving away from the ledge (and then getting hit by the fire ball). I am unsure what caused this, should anyone find out for sure I will include it in the guide. If you find this is the case, please use another guide and accept my apologies.

No worries at all dude. Sorry for the aggressive edit but trolls are out of control at the moment and we need to crack down on them lol

Glad it worked bro, it's a nice little game isn't it? I would highly recommend Blades of Time if you're enjoying this!

I'm really sorry but I did this guide a long time ago and would be lying if I said I remembered it well. I could suggest some things but it would be guess work to be honest.

BLUESTEELRUNS recently obtained this achievement using this guide and said it worked fine, I'm sure he wouldn't mind helping you out with it?

Otherwise I'm really sorry it's not working for you, perhaps try the top voted guide?

Level: The Seashell

Here’s what you do: kill all enemies off including the spawn orbs except for the ones shooting fire at you from a distance, now either push one off a ledge or kill all the others off so that there’s just one left because your gonna need him alone to do this. Make sure you have the ice arrow spell. Equip it and hit the lone fire shooting guy with. Now once he’s frozen just hit him till your achievement pops because for whatever reason he doesn’t unfreeze when you hit him.

Get Dark Spell

After beating the Spider Queen.
The next stage, you'll have to battle countless monsters, keep fighting till you get to the respawning monsters that carry a sword, and a large monster that stands on 4 feet and shoots fireball at you.
1. Dinosaurs 2. Ghost 3. Wasp 4. beast. (Number 4 is what you should wait and fight for).

You need to stay away from the monster with 4 feet so it's fire won't touch you.

Let lots of monsters come at you, usually there'll be 6-8. Keep pressing X, then instantly turn into the Dark Mode, and keep pressing X and attack in all direction. The dark mode allows for faster melee.

If your dark runs out and your back to normal. Keep attacking and make sure no one attacks you from behind, and use your Earth Quake just in case.

200hits is the last one Unimpossible

This requires you to get a 150 hit counter. I found the easiest place to do it is at the Abandoned Coast. There will be a wave or crabs, a wave of flying insects, and then a wave of foot soldiers. Take out the first two waves and then run to the spawn location of the foot soldiers. Get your hit count up and if it seems like you are going to get hit, use Earthquake to knock the enemies down and then continue to hit them.

The trophy can be obtained in the location "The Stone Circle" (during the battle with Galapagos ).
We immediately run to the center to Galapagos . We don't pay attention to the boss. There will be a constant spawn of five Pangolin Warriors ...and we'll fill them up. Fire blades Fire Blades to help. The boss will constantly spew out fiery attacks on you, so you need to be right under him , because in this case you are inaccessible to him. Crush small change, hit the boss in the paws, keep the counter (you need to get 150 for the trophy). Please note that if you receive damage, the counter is reset to zero.

During the second level, wait until a large group of ground monsters appears and start killing them without letting them hit you. Keep hitting them until the counter reaches UNTHOUGHT level, which equals 150 hits.
