for this achievement you need to get 27 artifacts
which is pretty much maxing out each of the 3 skill areas (shooting, melee and airstike) you can check you're progress on the menu pressing select
to keep it simple you need to pick up 9 gold, 9 silver and 9 red artifacts.
this also has to be done in the same play thru
first of all do not use cheats, if you use them it will give you the skills but not the achievements, if you use cheats you dont need to erase the cache or your save you would need to finish your current play thru and start a new game on the same save. just DONT use cheats on that playthru and you are ok.
second its not hard to get these artifacts, my method of collecting them is basically backtracking as soon as you enter or leave a area in the sumary it will tell you how many artifacts are in that level, most of the time you can even backtrack as soon as you get on a new level so all you have to do is once you clean the room start searching corners, breaking sarcophagus, and such till you find them, then move along to the next area.. that way you can guarantee yourself youre not leaving any artifacts behind.

You can use the Level Select Cheat to get these, it jumps around a bit but you'll only need to fight a few enemies and it will take you 30mins tops. Although it was easy enough collecting them on a normal playthrough.
