A bit of advice, I wouldn't even bother playing on 'New Mutant'. As somebody who has beaten the game on X-Man and is about halfway through a second playthrough on X-Treme, I really don't see much difference in the difficulties, and since these difficulty achievements stack, you can get this achievement AND the higher one(s) by playing on one of the other settings.

See Omega Level Mutant for more information. If you played on X-treme difficulty, you will also unlock this at the same time.
