towards the end of the 2nd level - Raid - you will need to choose sides between quicksilver and cyclops. Choose quicksilver and fight along side the brotherhood, after defeating all the enemies the achievement is yours.

Story related. You will earn this on your Brotherhood Faction playthrough.

This is during Mission 2: Raid. As you continue with the storyline, you'll encounter both Cyclops and Quicksilver who are fighting waves of Purifiers. Help them defeat the Purifiers and speak with them both. During the conversation, simply choose to go with Quicksilver and you'll be accompanied by Pyro, Juggernaut and Quicksilver to defeat a wave of 57 Purifiers. Defeat them all with your fellow allies and you'll unlock the trophy.
