How to unlock the Fully Evolved achievement in X-Men: Destiny - Definitive Guide

You will need to fully level up all 5 of your powers on a single character profile.

At the very start of the game you will get to choose 1 of 3 starter powers.

Throughout the rest of the game you will also periodically learn 4 other powers that are connected to your first power.

To earn this achievement, you must use XP that you earn throughout the game (mostly from defeating enemies). Pause the game and go to Mutant Powers. Select the power you wish to upgrade. Each power will have around 3-4 levels to it. You must level up the power levels in numerical order. The higher the level the more XP it will cost.

By the end of the game I had my first four powers fully maxed and my last at level 2. After beating the game you can simply replay any levels or challenges to earn more XP. After you have fully leveled your 5th power, this will unlock.

You get this eventually by playing the game. If you dont need to level any X-Gene, then dont and put all you XP in your powers.

I got the achievement this instant and my last power isn't at max level.

What happen is that i'm on the second playthrough of my character and when it ask me to choose between two powers for the first time of that second playthrough, i chose the one that i didn't already have. Sadly, it removed my previous power but leveling that new one must of fooled the game in thinking i had my last power at max.

For clarification, you do not have to pick the alternate power from your initial choice and level them up. All you have to do is make sure that all of your original choices are leveled up fully. I didn't pick new powers on my second playthrough, and when I got enough to put my Obsidian Titan to lvl 3, it popped.

That's true.

But the last stage of the last power seems to need more XP than leveling the alternate second power to max. If somebody can comfirm the numbers... Beside, choosing new powers in a good way to try them without having to start a third playthrough or a new character.

Anyways, it's not hard to get the achievement.

New powers will become available to you as you progress through the story mode. There are a total of 5 Mutant Powers for you to fully level up. During gameplay, simply press the button to bring up the in-game pause menu and select Mutant Powers. Once in the Mutant Powers menu, select any power that you can spend experience points to upgrade your powers. You can gain experience points by defeating enemies, destroying propaganda, and completing mission objectives and challenge missions. Leveling up your Mutant Powers and abilities as you progress through the story mode will require a total of 400,000 XP. Don't worry about not fully upgrading all your powers in your first playthrough. Once you have completed the game, you can select Continue from the game's main menu screen in order to carry over all your current upgraded Mutant Powers from your previous playthrough. You can also use the Select Challenge options to replay challenge missions that you've unlocked for extra experience points.

Below is a complete listing of the required experience points needed for each power:

Mutant Powers:

Core Iconic Power:
Level 2 - Upgrade Cost: 8,000 XP

Everything is much simpler.

Having upgraded the entire skill tree - (there are 5 of them) you will receive this trophy.

There is no need to replace skills with others AT ALL!

While playing the game, I received 3 new skills (In addition to the first two. What are called fateful decisions) + Ultimate power, and I didn’t even fully upgrade them. After you beat the game, you can collect the missing items by loading chapters (Load Game => Character Select). Replay the chapter in which you received one of the skills (For example, chapter 2). You need to reach a plot point when you are given a choice and choose a skill that you have not taken yet.

So, your previous skill disappears and is replaced by a new one. You just have to level up one new skill to the end and you will receive a trophy. There is no need to upgrade all the skills for a given character.
