Once you get to the laboratory with the satellite and the "voice from the factory" talking, the "voice" (Bastion) will send a Purifier Stalker to attack you. This is where you'll choose your 2nd power. I've only played with Density Control, and that one is the Boulder Dash which makes you invincible to damage, so I just kept rolling over the Stalker until he died. I imagine the other powers are similarly strong, allowing you to just lay into this stalker without any strategy required.
Once the Stalker is down and the voice reveals himself to be Bastion, Forge will blow an escape hole in the wall. After talking to Forge, enter the wall, and Caliban will be right there. Sometimes he takes a second to appear (glitch-tastic), but the achievement will pop regardless.

This is during Mission 6: Priorities. After receiving your third power destiny choice and defeating the Purifier Striker. Bastion will communicate with you telepathically and Forge come busting through the room by busting a hole in the wall. Speak with Forge and then continue down the newly opened path while Forge goes to free Caliban. Caliban will eventually show up to speak with you about tracking Pixie down together, thus unlocking your trophy.
