Story related. You will earn this on your X-Men Faction playthrough.
This is during Mission 2: Raid. As you continue with the storyline, you'll encounter both Cyclops and Quicksilver who are fighting waves of Purifiers. Help them defeat the Purifiers and speak with them both. During the conversation, simply choose to go with Cyclops and you'll be accompanied by Iceman, Cyclops, and Emma Frost to defeat a wave of 57 Purifiers. Defeat them all with your fellow allies and you'll unlock the trophy.
