This achievement is called 'Teleport This!'
The description is 'Help Nightcrawler rescue mutants.'

It is obtained during the 2nd mission "Raid". When given the choice between Nightcrawler and Mystique, choose Nightcrawler, and then defeat all the waves of Purifiers.

Story related. You will earn this on your X-Men Faction playthrough.

This is during Mission 2: Raid. When your mutant first meets Nightcrawler, who is talking to Mystique about how to save the mutant hostages, you'll be asked to choose either Nightcrawler's mission or Pyro's Mission. Simply choose Nightcrawler's mission and you'll gain an X-Men Fraction. During this mission you and Nightcrawler will fight waves of Purifiers to save the mutant civilians from the Purifiers. Once every Purifier has been defeated, break open the cage to free the last remaining mutants and your trophy will unlock.
