"Why Do They Keep Coming?"

You unlock this by completing the challenge mission offered by Forge(the part where he mentions remote hacking) near the end of the game.

This secret achievement is unlocked by helping "Forge's hacked Purifier Stalker Mech defeat the MRD Troops".

The opportunity to help Forge occurs in Mission Seven after you meet up with Gambit and his crew and do battle against a group of MDR Troops. After this battle, you meet up with Forge who opens up the way for you thanks to his handy Purifier Stalker.

Once Forge runs up the road and stands still next to his Mech, you'll see a waypoint appear. This doesn't actually trigger the mission's only challenge mission, you need to press 'A' in front of him to actually speak with him. Straight away Forge will ask for your help in locking down the area. Gladly accept his mission and get to work!

Fighting alongside his Hacked Mech, you'll fight against tons of enemies in which the Mech can pretty much handle the job itself. While you are here though, try out your new found Mutant Power (the Obsidian Titan) and wreak havoc on the troops yourself. This gives you some really easy opportunities to also unlock the "this can't be happening" achievement for completing your first insane combo if you hadn't done already.

Once the area is clear and all the enemy troops are down, the challenge is complete and you'll be awarded with your achievement.
