This fight has 2 stages: inside the bar and outside. Creed can regenerate, so you must keep up the pressure on him so he won't start healing. Use the numerous items in the environment with the a button to damage and stun him.
In the outside portion, don't forget to impale him on a spike on the telephone poles for damage and an achievement.
