If you press up on the Dpad to use Feral Sense, you will see that there are parts of the enviroment that are highlighted green. They could be spikes, statues, trees, forklift trucks or cement mixers among other things. Either throw your enemy in the direction of the green object killing them instantly or if you are standing close enoughh, just press B and you will pick them up and impale them on it anyway.
Keep going and you'll easily pick up the Whatever It Takes achievement with a total of 30 envronement kills as well.
