X-Men Origins: Wolverine

You don't have any real control over whether Wolverine will dismember an opponent or not. But there are options to increase the likelihood. Wolverine is more prone to dismembering when in berserker mode, using the claw drill or certain finishers. I found that the quick kill against the security drones usually results in their being ripped in 2, but I had the achievement by then.

So basically this one will come over time.

Most likely, quick kills don't count towards this. I didn't get this achievement until the last level, and the majority of the time I preferred to use quick kills. Just attack enemies with normal attacks (use whatever rage abilities you prefer when you get them to speed up the process) and eventually you'll get this.
