If you get a fight with the bottle box available, I would recommend throwing the bottles at the walls (or ground, whatever suits your fancy). As noted by the guide below, destroying a weapon into a smaller version of itself probably counts for this achievement. Would save you having to grind more than one fight there if you get it.
P.S I would recommend saving any grinding towards this until the Finale: the long battle at the end of Part 4 is VERY long, and has a gigantic amount of weapons to boot.
