This is unmissable as it is the end of Part 3. There are two points of no return. The first one being the final challenge against T-set, and the second one being a taxi ride where the driver says he delivered the celebrity.
Note that for the T-set challenge the actual point of no return is selecting the mission on the board, not a question being asked within the mission itself. Saying no to that question DOES lock you out of a 100% completion.
